Rachel Stevenson is a Senior Legislative Associate at Wheat Government Relations. Before joining the firm in the fall of 2010, Rachel spent over three and a half years working on Capitol Hill as a key staffer to Bart Stupak (D-MI), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.
